Affirmative Psychotherapy for Sexual Minority Women's Mental and Behavioral Health (EQuIP)
Overview:
With Project EQuIP (Empowering Queer Identities in Psychotherapy) we aim to understand psychotherapy approaches work for queer women. Study participants will receive 10 sessions of LGBTQ-affirmative therapy and up to $260 for completing surveys and interviews about their experiences. We welcome transgender and cisgender women, as well people who identify as women in addition to other identities (e.g., nonbinary, genderqueer, agender).

Target Audience:
This study is recruiting LGBTQ+ women ages 18+ who live in New York, New Jersey, or Pennsylvania, drink alcohol, are interested in becoming more mindful about their alcohol consumption, and experience depression and/or anxiety.
