The Impact of LGBTQ+ School Elements on School Climate
Overview:
This dissertation research study is examining the impact of inclusive school environments and bullying victimization during adolescence on mental health outcomes in young adulthood, with the purpose of identifying barriers and building inclusive environments for LGBTQ+ youth. Individuals of all sexual and gender identities are invited to participate.

Target Audience:
To be eligible for participation in this study, participants must be:
(1) 18- 25 years of age (19-25 in Nebraska and Alabama)
(2) Have completed at least one (1) full academic year of high school in the United States.
