Bridges Study
Overview:
Bridges is a collaborative research study by ProChange Behavior Solutions and the Eidos LGBTQ+ Health Initiative at the University of Pennsylvania. The purpose of this research is to test and get feedback on Bridges, a new digital program designed to assist people to increase and maintain their feelings of belonging at work. Your feedback will help us make improvements to the program so that, in the future, others will find it helpful and want to use it.
People who are interested in participating in the study are asked to:
1. Answer questions in a brief online screener to see if they are eligible. Those who are eligible will receive an email inviting them to complete a more in-depth online survey.
2. Receive daily messages by text for 1 month.
3. Complete as many online activities on the Bridges platform as they would like for 1 month.
4. Complete a final online survey after 1 month of using the program. In that survey, they will be asked how they are doing and for their feedback on the daily messages and activities. The survey will take about 10 minutes to complete.
