Lesbian Nurse Faculty Experiences

Overview:
The purpose of this study is to investigate what specific factors and processes are associated with perceptions of inclusion or exclusion in the context of academic nursing work environments. 
Specific aims of the study are: 
  1. Describe lesbian nurse faculty experiences in nursing higher education.
  2. Critically analyze these accounts for concepts and patterns related to processes of inclusion and exclusion. 
  3. Generate a conceptual model based on analysis to inform the development of a grounded theory about the process of including lesbian nurse faculty in higher education.

Current or former lesbian identified nurse educators faculty who have worked in pre-licensure nursing education
