Expertise, Uncertainty, and Anxieties: Exploring the Experiences of those Providing Gender-Affirming Care at LGBTQ+ Centered Organizations
Overview:
This study is seeking healthcare providers who work at LGBTQ+ centered health organizations who make decisions surrounding the provision of gender-affirming medical care. The purpose of this study is to better understand the experiences, anxieties, and decision-making processes of such medical providers, particularly in the context of contemporary social and political pressures.
- Participation involves a Zoom interview that will be recorded for transcription. Average length of 1 to 2 hours.
- To protect participant identity, all data will be deidentified, and any published study will not share any names or details identifying you.

Target Audience:
Participants must be at least 18 years and older. Currently, or in the past 5 years, worked at an LBGTQ+ centered health organization. Currently, or in the past 5 years, provided gender-affirming medical care. English Speaking. Living in the United States.
