Study: Minority GBT Nurses’ Experiences Working in a Hospital Setting
Overview:
This study is seeking minority gay, bisexual, and transgender nurses working in a hospital setting. The information from this study could help understand how minority GBT nurses’ experiences facilitate their professional growth and development as nurses. You are invited to describe your experiences as a minority gay, bisexual, and transgender nurse working in a hospital.
About the study:
- One 45-50 Zoom interview that will be audio recorded (no videorecording)
- To protect your privacy, the published study will not share any names or details identifying you.

Three or more participants
Target Audience:
- Participants must be at least 18 years and older
- Worked for at least five years in a hospital
- Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender Nurses
- English Speaking
- Living in the United States
