Study Opportunity: Gender-Affirming Care in Religious Healthcare Institutions

Overview:

This qualitative study examines the impact of religious-affiliated hospitals on gender-affirming care. Our target audience is any provider (physician, APP, psychologist, behavioral health provider, SLP) who provides or has provided gender-affirming care at a religiously affiliated institution. The interview process is completely voluntary and on Zoom. The interview is recorded to ensure no information is missed. Afterward, the audio will be transcribed, and any identifying details will be deleted from the transcript before analysis.
 
Our study is IRB approved (University of Chicago IRB 23-1974).

We are hoping to reach a sample size of 50.
