Provider Insights on Transgender Healthcare Survey

Overview:
This survey of healthcare providers that serve transgender patients will gather evidence about the impact of state policies related to gender-affirming care. The primary aim of this study is to examine the challenges that healthcare providers face, assess the impacts of bans and shield laws, and to develop recommendations to improve the ability of providers to deliver care to transgender patients. Members of USPATH will also be given the opportunity to provide additional input for USPATH and indicate if you have interest in becoming more involved with USPATH.

It takes about 20-25 minutes to complete the surveyParticipation in the survey is entirely voluntary, and you can stop at any time. The survey is anonymous, and responses cannot be traced back to participants. More information about the survey’s data privacy protections is available here. This survey is IRB approved (Protocol # 00083011).

At the end of the survey, you will have the option to enter your email address into a random drawing to receive a $250 gift card. Any identifying information collected for the random drawing will be held confidential and stored separately from your survey responses. Up to 10 participants will receive the gift card, and chances of being selected for a gift card are 1/30.
