This collaboration is a significant step forward in our ongoing commitment to providing our members with top-notch educational opportunities to advance LGBTQ+ health equity.
GLMA’s mission aligns with Violet’s values of achieving health equity through providing inclusive care and comprehensive educational resources to care providers. Violet’s core offering is to support providers on their journey to delivering inclusive care for all patients by providing curated education to increase their clinical skills and opportunities to recognize their growth over time. Most importantly, Violet’s proprietary education is notable for its emphasis on both clinical skills and cultural humility.
We are thrilled to announce this partnership and bring exciting opportunities to GLMA members. Through this collaboration, all GLMA members will now have complimentary access to Violet's extensive on-demand continuing education library, providing a range of valuable resources and benefits.
This partnership offers numerous advantages, including access to over 50 hours of on-demand cultural competency in healthcare education. Members can explore more than 20 collections, including LGBTQ+-specific training, each providing the necessary continuing education credits for maintaining their health professional licenses.
