Trans/nonbinary Inclusion in the Workplace! (paid study)

Dr. Mateo Cruz is a management professor at Bentley University focusing on the experiences of historically excluded groups with the goal of improving intersectional inclusion. Dr. Cruz is conducting a study about trans & nonbinary people's perceptions of cisgender employees.
Eligibility:
(a) identify as an ally and have supported the distribution of prior studies
(b) messaged me personally to join my secure database of trans/nonbinary participants
(c) attended the Creating Change conference in SF, or
(d) are part of a trans advocacy or resource organization
