For Students & Trainees GLMA Student & Trainee Scholarship GLMA is committed to ensuring students—from across the health professions—are able to attend the Annual Conference. Therefore, we are able to provide a limited number of scholarships to help offset the cost of attending the Annual Conference. Student scholarships are available due to the generosity of GLMA members and conference attendees! Unfortunately, no travel funds are available. The first round of Student & Trainee Scholarship applications has closed and scholarship applicants have been notified of their application status. Later this summer, we will announce a second round of Student & Trainee Scholarship applications, open only to students and trainees local to the San Francisco Bay Area. Check back soon for more info. Scholarship Eligibility Bay Area students of all health professional disciplines are encouraged to apply. Applicants must be students currently enrolled (part or full-time) in an undergraduate or graduate/professional degree program with plans to pursue a career in the health professions. Applicants should also be willing to complete 6-8 hours of volunteer work at the conference. Health Professional in Training Programming at the Conference Check back for more information on programming for health professionals in training in the coming months. The health and safety of all GLMA Annual Conference participants is a top priority. GLMA will continue to monitor the latest public health data and local, state, and federal guidelines as we continuously re-evaluate and update our conference COVID-19 safety protocols. Please stay tuned for additional details and updates to these policies. Protocol components based on endemic rates, CDC guidance, and local policies may include proof of vaccination, COVID-19 PCR or antigen testing, and masking. Thank you for your cooperation.
