The call for proposals for this year's conference is officially closed!

Thank you to everyone who submitted a proposal to present at GLMA’s 43rd Annual Conference on LGBTQ+ Health. We are thrilled by the overwhelming interest in advancing LGBTQ+ health equity!

The GLMA Education Committee is currently reviewing submissions, and all presenters will be notified of their proposal's status by May 31, 2025.




This year’s conference will feature four content tracks - each tailored to support professional growth at across disciplines, specialties, and career stages.

  • Standards of Care – Latest updates and best practices in LGBTQ+ health care.  
  • Clinical Care in Context – Addressing unique challenges and opportunities in practice.  
  • Personal & Professional Development – Building skills and resilience for career success.  
  • Nursing Section – Dedicated sessions for nursing professionals and nursing students.
The Call for Abstracts is CLOSED.
Please note: Selected presenters will receive 50% off of registration costs.
If you register before you are notified of your selection, you will be eligible for a 50% refund.

This year's conference theme, Unity. Action. Progress., highlights the transformative power of collective effort in advancing LGBTQ+ health equity. It emphasizes the importance of standing together, taking decisive steps to address disparities, and building momentum toward a future where every LGBTQ+ individual can access affirming, inclusive care. By uniting as advocates, taking meaningful action, and driving progress, health professionals can break down barriers and create a healthcare system that truly serves and uplifts the diversity of our communities.
